Lead Engineer - Process & Operability Engineering

Tasks & responsibilities

• Reviews the technical contractual requirements and analyze the rules, codes and standards applicable to Process & Controls engineering.
• Identifies the contractual Risks and Opportunities and propose technical deviations and clarifications.
• Determines applicability of the project contractual requirements on process & controls engineering scope and ensures the allocation of requirements to document for his/her scope of work in the documents management tool,
• Executes (with the other Process & Control engineers of his/her project team and supported by the Lead Engineer Process & controls and by experts) the following Process & Controls engineering activities:
• The Process (mechanical) systems design including: Process Flow Diagrams, The P&IDs, The System Design Manuals including the controls logic diagrams, Electrical and I&C interfaces, The process electrical load list (list of electrical consumers with process engineering data only),
• The Process (mechanical) systems design including: Process Flow Diagrams, The P&IDs, The System Design Manuals including the controls logic diagrams, Electrical and I&C interfaces,
• Process Flow Diagrams,
• The P&IDs,
• The System Design Manuals including the controls logic diagrams, Electrical and I&C interfaces,
• The process electrical load list (list of electrical consumers with process engineering data only),
• The piping interfaces list, The functional safety studies: HAZOP, safety functions (SIL) requirements, excluding Safety Requirements Specification, SIL verification reports, Identification of Nuclear Safety Classified Items/Components and Activities in line with Equipment qualification team and supported by the Nuclear Safety Process Engineer, Input data for fatigue analysis, per system, The Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM) studies.
• The piping interfaces list,
• The functional safety studies: HAZOP, safety functions (SIL) requirements, excluding Safety Requirements Specification, SIL verification reports,
• Identification of Nuclear Safety Classified Items/Components and Activities in line with Equipment qualification team and supported by the Nuclear Safety Process Engineer,
