Lead Engineer

Min. 7 years of experience in engineering

Strong structural / civil engineering background, ideally coming from in Oil & Gas or Power / Manufacturing / Building Construction Industries

Strong in structural analysis and design

Strong understanding of Project Management and project / design stages

Excellent Presentation & communication Skill

Excellent Level of project Coordination skill

Understanding the correlation between technical, commercial and logistic aspects of engineering work

Experience in client interaction

Able to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions that meet customer needs and requirements.

Interest in transfer of know how to others and sharing of competence

Strong in documenting of designs and development activities, creating technical inputs for drawings, and generating reports

Experience working in cross functional team

Empathy and ability to work in multicultural environment

Open and good communicator

Efficient oral and written communicator
