Jio is hiring a Lead Employee Relations & Compliance professional for Navi Mumbai.

The role operates as a state headquarters control function covering employee relations, statutory compliance, and government liaison.

Any graduation and an MBA or LLB from a premier institute.
10–12 years of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of central and state laws applicable at company and unit level.

Own employee relations, statutory compliance, and government liaison activities for the state.
Cover offices, Jio Centers, distribution centers, warehouses, maintenance points, and network facilities.
Manage compliance for both on-roll and contractor manpower within the state.
Implement compliance frameworks, systems, and planned arrangements on time.
Plan physical and documentation self-audits and support external audits.
Review non-compliance reports and ensure closure within defined timelines.
Maintain a working grievance redressal mechanism and provide weekly effectiveness reports.
Train Jio Center and establishment managers on statutory compliance.
File periodic returns and maintain MIS.
Guide operations teams on discipline and grievance matters.
