Lead Educator

Journey Early Learning Riverhills is looking for an experienced Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join our Kinder Room, supporting children aged 3–5 years .

Working closely alongside our Early Childhood Teacher and a collaborative team of educators, you’ll play an important role in creating engaging learning experiences that support children’s development, confidence and readiness for their next stage of learning.

This is a great opportunity for an educator who enjoys leading by example, mentoring others and working as part of a team to create a positive and engaging Kinder environment.

Leading and supporting educators within the Kinder Room

Working closely alongside the ECT to support the delivery of the kindergarten program

Creating engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF

Supporting children’s learning, development, wellbeing and growing independence

Building meaningful relationships with children and families

Mentoring educators and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture

Contributing to Storypark documentation and children’s learning journeys

Maintaining a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment

You’re a confident and nurturing educator who enjoys working with children aged 3–5 and understands the importance of creating meaningful learning experiences during these important early years.
