• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
• Lead, develop and implement engaging, high-quality educational programs
• Mentor and support educators to plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences.
• Overseeing and approving centre Storypark posts
• Foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
• Provide constructive feedback to educators to promote continuous improvement and a culture of positive change
• Collaborate with families to ensure each child’s learning journey is supported and enriched

💛 About You

Key skills and requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) • Previous experience as a Lead Educator • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
