Opportunity Overview
Lead business analysis activities on strategic medium-to-large projects within RBC Wealth Management for RBC Direct Investing.

Execute planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, management, and support for requirements delivery.
What You Will Do
- Oversee large-scale programme-level strategic initiatives.
- Assist with OKRs, success metrics, road mapping, and prioritization.
- Determine scope and feasibility of new work.
- Analyse impacts across digital applications, architecture, existing processes, and new processes.
- Determine and document high-level requirements for digital products and user experience.
- Facilitate discovery sessions with senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate RFI, RFP, and statement-of-work administrative requirements.
- Manage reviews with Direct Investing business senior management.
- Perform stakeholder analysis and identify requirements responsibilities.
- Lead Agile ceremonies alongside the Product Owner.
- Manage requirements risks, assumptions, and constraints.
- Guide and support junior business analysts.
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional BA/BSA experience in a project-based Agile environment.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and high-level planning.
- Proven brokerage, investments, personal finance, and wealth management experience.
- Prior client-facing web application development experience, preferably with a major financial institution.
- Proven Agile methodology experience.
- Ability to independently gather business and systems requirements.
- Experience with requirements modelling and documentation techniques, including process models, data requirements, business rules, user stories, story mapping, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills, including groups of 15–20 or more.
- Experience working on medium-to-large projects over $5 million.
- Deep knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA or Confluence, Mural, and Figma.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- RBC BA/BSA Curriculum Certificate.
- Masters Certificate in Business Analysis.
- Enterprise-level or mobile project experience.
- API testing experience using Postman.
- Knowledge of AODA and WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards.
- Functional ability in VS Code.
