Lead Design Engineer Static

Overview

• Lead the
• design and engineering of static equipment
• including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, columns, and piping systems in compliance with
• ASME, API, TEMA, and relevant international standards
• .
• Review and approve
• design calculations
• , including Pressure vessel thickness calculations, Stress analysis and reinforcement, Thermal expansion and load calculations, Nozzle load and support design
• Oversee preparation and validation of
• equipment datasheets, specifications, material requisitions (MR), and technical bid evaluations (TBE)
• .
• Coordinate with
• process, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams
• to ensure proper integration and alignment of design requirements.
• Review and approve
• GA drawings, fabrication drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and layout drawings
• to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Provide
• technical leadership and support
• during all project phases including engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead
• vendor management activities
• , including technical clarifications, drawing reviews, inspections, and expediting to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure implementation of
• QA/QC procedures
• and compliance with company and client standards for all static equipment packages.
• Participate in
• HAZOP, design reviews, risk assessments, and constructability reviews
• to ensure safety and operability of designs.
• Identify and resolve
• technical issues and design challenges
