The Role
Headout is seeking a Lead Analyst for Growth Data to own the analytics function for its growth teams.
The role partners with growth leadership to measure, forecast, and accelerate acquisition and retention.
The analyst will build intelligence for forecasting, pricing recommendations, inventory health, and growth decisions.
Role Scope
- Own analytics for growth teams and serve as a strategic partner to growth leadership.
- Build forecasting systems, dynamic pricing recommendations, and inventory health metrics.
- Shape measurement and decision-making across markets, seasons, channels, and supply mixes.
- Build frameworks that distinguish globally scalable approaches from approaches requiring local market nuance.
- Mentor analysts, raise analytical rigor, and ensure insights are trusted and adopted.
- Lead analytics projects from scoping and execution through storytelling and adoption.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in data analytics, with significant experience in growth, marketing, or product analytics.
- Experience in a consumer internet or B2C environment.
- Deep understanding of CAC/LTV, retention curves, funnel conversion, channel efficiency, and how they interact.
