Role Overview
The Lead Cyber Security Engineer supports industrial cybersecurity services for energy-sector customers.
The role combines customer support, security maintenance, network infrastructure, firewall, switch, and backup solution work.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide cybersecurity system and network technical support for AMC customers, including ADNOC Gas, ADNOC Onshore, and ADNOC Offshore.
- Assist with quarterly preventive security maintenance across ADNOC, SNOC, ENOC, and other locations.
- Conduct risk assessments and patch management while ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Check and update DMZ switch, router, and firewall configurations according to documented policy.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain FortiGate, Juniper, and Sophos firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, NAT, and intrusion prevention.
- Configure and support Cisco and Hirschmann industrial switches.
