Position overview
The Lead Customer Service Representative works at Store 2743389 at 302 South Court Street, Medina, Ohio 44256.
The position is full time and requires predictable onsite attendance.
Shift availability includes days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
Customer service and store operations
- Provide prompt, excellent, courteous, and attentive customer service.
- Operate the cash register and process cash, checks, and other payments accurately.
- Operate fuel console, lottery machines, money order machines, and telecommunications transactions.
- Clean and maintain the store, equipment, parking areas, and gas pumps.
- Inspect facilities and equipment and contact maintenance when repairs are needed.
Merchandising and controls
- Complete merchandise ordering, receive and verify vendor deliveries, and maintain adequate stock.
- Rotate stock and maintain supplies in counter areas.
- Place advertising and pricing signs and change gasoline prices correctly.
- Monitor inventory, shift sales, cash handling, shortages, and other selling expenses.
- Complete shift audits, close-out functions, daily reports, and other shift-change records.
