Lead and complete in-home stone countertop installations

Ensure precise, high-quality installs in residential and commercial settings

Remove existing countertops and assist with basic plumbing disconnects (as needed)

Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site

Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns

Coordinate with the office when additional support is needed

Travel locally (with occasional out-of-town work)

Maintain tools, equipment, and company standards on every job

2+ years of lead installer experience (REQUIRED)

Strong background in stone countertop installation

Construction experience preferred

Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus

Strong math and measurement skills

High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Strong communication and leadership skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
