Lead Control Systems Engineer

Complete assigned tasks accurately, on schedule, and within budget

Lead individual project tasks and/or small to mid-sized projects in their entirety

Provide accurate and timely status updates on assigned work

Understand project scope, contracts, and specifications

Identify issues outside assigned scope and communicate them to the project lead

Communicate with customers in an effective, positive, and proactive manner

Follow customer-specific site standards and procedures

Conduct all business professionally

Provide attentive, responsive, and high-quality customer support

Develop an understanding of customer needs and actively seek to meet them

Follow up consistently and honor customer commitments

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, combined with relevant technical experience

Typically 2+ years of total industry experience

Proven track record of 1–3 years as a Control Systems Engineer or equivalent role

Strong communication skills with coworkers and project stakeholders

Strategic thinker who leverages technical knowledge to solve problems

Independently effective and takes personal responsibility for outcomes

Manages time efficiently and prioritizes effectively
