The Opportunity The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading technical delivery across complex automation and control system projects while guiding engineering teams and driving technical strategy. This role oversees multiple projects simultaneously and ensures successful execution across technical, operational, and commercial objectives.
Working closely with project managers, business development teams, and company leadership, this position provides advanced technical expertise while mentoring engineers and strengthening engineering standards across the organization.
This role is ideal for experienced automation leaders who enjoy balancing technical leadership, project execution, and team development in high-impact industrial and mission-critical environments.

Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure technical deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget expectations.

Promote a collaborative, positive engineering culture aligned with The Thermo Way.
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
Typically 13+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, or systems integration environments.
Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and complex automation projects.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or relevant industry certifications preferred.
