Presales and Solutioning

• Partner with sales and leadership on solution design, client workshops, demonstrations, estimation, and solution shaping.
• Support RFP and RFI responses with differentiated solution narratives.
• Position Sirion CLM against competing platforms.

Practice Development and Governance

• Define implementation approaches, frameworks, packaged solutions, and best practices.
• Create accelerators such as data models, templates, workflow blueprints, integration patterns, and migration frameworks.
• Establish governance standards for scalability, performance, security, compliance, and delivery quality.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and practice maturity.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in CLM, legal operations, or enterprise application implementations.
• Three or more years of Sirion CLM experience in a senior solutioning or architecture role is preferred.
• Experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale CLM implementations for global clients and distributed teams.
• Deep knowledge of contract lifecycle processes, clause and template management, workflows, approvals, obligations, compliance, and performance tracking.
• Architectural knowledge of integrations, APIs, data models, reporting, security, and access control.
• Strong solutioning, problem-solving, documentation, stakeholder engagement, presentation, and structured-thinking skills.
• Experience in remote, globally distributed delivery models is required.
• Sirion certification or training, consulting experience, regulated-industry exposure, and reusable-asset development are preferred.
