About the Team
Swiggy operates an on-demand delivery and convenience platform with a technology-led approach to logistics and consumer experiences.
The platform works with restaurants and an independent delivery fleet across hundreds of cities in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard high-potential restaurants, bars, and venues with strong event and experiential offerings.
- Drive city-level supply expansion through a pipeline of restaurant events and nightlife experiences.
- Ensure partner readiness with complete listing hygiene for visuals, pricing, logistics, and terms.
- Develop and scale owned IPs for seasonal campaigns, experience nights, and thematic dining formats.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on branding, promotions, and on-ground execution.
- Manage and grow relationships with top restaurant partners to secure exclusive listings and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct business reviews, performance tracking, and strategic input sessions with key accounts.
- Add music, stand-up comedy, and other relevant IP artists to the platform.
Key Qualification and Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in event partnerships, F&B sales, hospitality, or account management.
- Prior food industry experience in restaurants, nightlife, or event ticketing is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to onboard top-tier partners.
