Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) tailored to the organization's specific risks and regulatory landscape.
- Lead the design, implementation, and testing of robust Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, ensuring critical business functions can resume within defined recovery time objectives (RTOs).
- Orchestrate and manage crisis response and incident management activities during disruptive events, coordinating cross functional teams to minimize impact and ensure swift recovery.
- Conduct regular business impact analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, prioritizing mitigation efforts.
