- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Basel, NCEMA, PRA/FCA, APRA, Central Bank guidelines)
- Proven track record of leading business continuity and resilience initiatives in financial services sector
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and crisis leadership skills

Basic Qualifications, Skills & Experience
