In the role of Lead Business Consultant , your participation will be instrumental in the expansion of our market unit and in advancing the outcomes of our clients' projects. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of business consulting se rvices, ensuring that client objectives are met through tailored solutions and strategic recommendations. The Lead Business Consultant will work clo se ly with se nior stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring high-quality se rvice delivery while fostering strong client relationships.

Manage the end-to-end consulting process, from initial as se ssment to implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development within the team

As our preferred candidate you have:
Previous experience as an (Implementation) Consultant for as se t managers, as se t owners, banks or consulting firms
Excellent know-how in at least two of the following areas: As se t Management – Back Office – or Financial Reporting
Experience with Trade processing including confirmation and/or trade se ttlement proces se s and solutions is a plus
Degree within Business discipline (Accounting, Finance, or Economics) or Mathematics/Applied Sciences preferred
Se lf-starter with a can-do mind se t
Ability to manage assigned tasks and deliver the results on time
Have Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English – both oral and written
Basic understanding of financial industry/products and related accounting
Hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension is a plus
Ability to travel to client’s site
Can attend the SimCorp office 2x/week as per our hybrid policy.

For Toronto only: The salary range for this position is $119,000 - $148,000
CAD. Ba se pay may vary ba se d on factors such as years of experience, skills and qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including health and dental care, time off and Group RRSP/TFSA.
