- Calibrate espresso grinders daily, monitor extraction variables, and serve consistent high quality specialty beverages
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior baristas to maintain brand standards and fast drink ticket times
- Manage bar layouts, coordinate peak hour shift rotations, and ensure seamless front of house and back of house synchronization
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk varieties, syrups, and packaging, reporting replenishment needs proactively
- Enforce regular maintenance, backflushing, and cleaning cycles for espresso machines, grinders, and water filtration systems
- Resolve customer complaints gracefully, uphold a highly professional appearance, and foster a welcoming community vibe
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional barista experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior capacity
- Female candidates are preferred for this position
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, structured, and fast paced during high volume peak periods
- Flexible schedule, including readiness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise junior baristas to maintain strict brand standards and fast drink ticket times.
- Workflow Optimization: Manage bar layouts, coordinate peak hour shift rotations, and ensure seamless synchronization between front of house and back of house.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk varieties, syrups, and packaging, reporting replenishment needs proactively.

Requirements & Qualifications
