About the Role
The position focuses on preparing both financial and management reports, handling regulatory reporting tasks such as Schedule P and Schedule F, and reviewing ceded premium and loss results from the reinsurance system. It also involves managing reinsurance payments to brokers or reinsurers, reviewing claims billings, processing accounting transactions and manual journals, and performing general ledger reconciliations. On the technical side, a solid understanding of ceded reinsurance is essential, along with strong analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools is expected, and familiarity with US GAAP is also important for this role.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate in Accounting, MBA (Finance)
- Insurance/Reinsurance certifications preferred
