Role overview
Lead architectural design coordination, technical review, quality assurance, and project delivery activities.
Support high-performance project delivery while mentoring junior professionals and contributing to organizational capability development.
Expand expertise in relevant sectors, technologies, certifications, and professional charterships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate design information, review technical accuracy, and supervise junior staff.
- Manage interdisciplinary coordination, consultant information, planning submissions, and client and contractor liaison.
- Design and detail schemes to meet client briefs, planning policies, and statutory requirements.
- Set up projects, brief teams, manage resources and costs, track time and milestones, and address risks.
- Prepare technical reports and review deliverables for accuracy and approval.
- Lead technical work and present project information to clients.
- Lead single-discipline teams or act as project information or design manager depending on project scale.
- Evaluate materials, construction details, and alternatives for clients and consultants.
