Lead Android Software Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering , electrical engineering, or equivalent
• 10+ years Software development experience on Android platform, including embedded Android systems as well working with the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and building the Android OS
• 3-5 years’ experience in object-oriented programming with C/C++/Java/Kotlin and modular design.
• 2-4 years s olid experience serving as the lead developer throughout the full, end-to-end software development lifecycle. This includes scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation, code review, testing, and delivery.
• 4-6 years’ e xperience driving continuous technological innovation and deliveries as well as dealing with complex and ambiguous problems
• Experience in Android platform, Android Open Source Project (AOSP) , embedded Android systems.
• Experience in C/C++/Java/Kotlin and modular design
• Self-start er and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Proven track record of learning and applying new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills to articulate development strategies, architecture, and design.
• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence/Git/Gerrit/GitHub/SVN for product development

Per applicable state requirements, the annual pay range for this position ($129,000 - $209,000) which consists of base salary (subject to performance), reflects the hiring range for candidates.

Also note, an individual’s offer may vary from this range as it may be impacted by additional factors, including but not limited to the candidate's hiring location, qualifications, experience, and market factors.
