About the Role
The Visualization Lead guides Financial Crimes Risk Management responsibilities and develops and continuously improves critical reporting.
The role owns the reporting lifecycle for visualization solutions, including requirements gathering, development, quality assurance, deployment, and continuous improvement.
The position combines administrator and developer responsibilities for data management and BI analytics platforms.
The role requires understanding of FCRM, risk measurement, operational risk indicators, financial crimes component teams, and frontline financial crimes operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full Tableau and Power BI dashboard delivery cycle from requirements and data sourcing through UI development, UAT, production deployment, enhancements, and defect management.
- Serve as the process and escalation contact for MI&R dashboards and communicate outages, defects, and other challenges.
- Deliver accurate, user-friendly visualizations and oversee solution quality, consumption, consistency, and business alignment.
- Supervise, coach, and support junior developers while assessing the quality of their outputs.
- Reconfigure, consolidate, and optimize Tableau and Power BI dashboards.
