About the Role
Mashreq seeks a Lead Analyst for Contracting Finance in the Corporate & Investment Banking Group. The role involves supporting Relationship Managers, managing documentation, liaising with departments, and preparing industry studies.

Responsibilities
- Act as a backup to the Relationship Manager and mirror the assigned portfolio
- Assist the Relationship Management team in maintaining and developing existing and target relationships
- Liaise regularly with various departments (e.g. FTC, OPS, Compliance, Credit Ops) regarding transactions and documentation
- Ensure all documentation is up to standard and up to date, minimizing MER issues
- Attend to client enquiries and coordinate with service departments for timely resolution
- Assist in preparing industry studies and data collection pertaining to clients' portfolio
- Attend to specific projects or jobs assigned by the Division/Unit Head
- Maintain proper records of clients' communication
- Housekeeping monthly pipeline report and updating on a monthly basis
- Explore and highlight business opportunities in the portfolio
- Handle annual review initiation/preparation and project allocation process
- Maintain System Data for each client
Requirements
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Strong documentation and coordination skills
- Ability to liaise with various departments
- Proficiency in data collection and reporting

Roles and Responsibilities
