Requirements
- At least 4+ years of practical experience developing and implementing data approaches such as advanced analytics and Machine Learning.
- Proficient in Python and SQL (PySpark and programming languages such as Java are a plus).
- Knowledgeable in Data Science and Machine Learning concepts and algorithms such as clustering, regression, classification, forecasting, neural networks, hyperparameters optimization and others.
- Experience in developing models for production and business application use.
- Knowledgeable in /or experience with Fintech/banking industry is a big plus.
- Basic knowledge in data engineering and ML model lifecycle.
- Strong business acumen in the financial sector (i.e., payments, acquiring, financial crime ).
- Highly motivated and like to work in a team and with advanced technologies in challenging environments.
- Excellent Communication Skills /English.
- Good Analytical Skills.
- Ability to communicate technical tasks to non technical people.
