Overview

Pursue sales leads

Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and products.

Arrange meetings with prospective clients and conduct regular field visits.

Lead efforts to open new markets and increase market share in existing markets.

Attend industry events to increase visibility in market and identify new opportunities.

Monitor competitors by collecting market information on prices, new products, delivery schedules and promotion techniques.

Submit reports pertaining to sales and marketing, and business development efforts to General Manager / Deputy General Manager.

Familiarization with product types and high-level technical knowledge vis- -vis target industries and specific customer requirements.
