Supervise daily commercial laundry operations from receiving to washing, drying, pressing, finishing, packing, and dispatch.
Manage and allocate manpower to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
Monitor production, quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
Ensure proper handling of different fabrics, garments, linens, and customer requirements.
Conduct quality checks and ensure laundry items are processed according to company standards.
Monitor laundry equipment and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Maintain proper records of production, rejected/damaged items, rewash, and daily operations.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health & safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
Train and guide laundry staff on equipment operation, processes, quality, and safety.
Coordinate with drivers, customer service, and operations teams regarding collections, deliveries, and urgent orders.
Control chemical, water, electricity, and other operational consumption to minimize wastage.
Prepare daily production and operational reports for management.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions when required.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a commercial laundry, hotel laundry, or industrial laundry.
Strong knowledge of washing, drying, pressing, stain removal, finishing, and laundry processes.
Previous supervisory or team management experience.
Good knowledge of laundry machinery, chemicals, and quality standards.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced laundry environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
