Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all laundry operations including washing, drying, pressing, folding, sorting, and distribution of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry
- Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate ordering of laundry supplies
- Ensure all hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest garments are processed according to established luxury hotel standards
- Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of laundry requirements
- Maintain proper inventory levels of linens, uniforms, and laundry supplies
- Ensure accurate collection, tracking, and delivery of guest laundry within established service timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in a supervisory or in charge role within luxury hotel laundry operations
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
- English language proficiency; additional languages are an advantage
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality

Your Role
