Last Mile Team Lead - Dubai Hub (Night)

Operations/Warehouse Location: Dubai South, UAE Reports To: Last Mile Supervisor (once filled) / Shift Manager - Domestic in the interim Key Responsibilities Hub Operations Own Dubai Hub night operations, mirroring day-shift ownership across aging, dispatch, and floor management.

Own forward and reverse aging overnight, ensuring all orders are cleared by the shift-end cutoff.

Keep the floor clear and ensure all same-day and PDD orders are dispatched before shift close.

Team Management Manage the night debriefer and dispatcher, including staff attendance and shift management.

Arrange drivers for overnight dispatch.

Tickets & Reporting Own night ticket management, including CS WhatsApp groups, escalations, and customer inquiries — resolved overnight rather than left for the morning team.

Produce the night performance and CRA aging report and hand it directly to the day Team Leader.

Conduct a formal morning handover (verbal and written) to the day Team Leader, covering open items and overnight incidents.

Issue Resolution Handle overnight delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints, escalating only what cannot be resolved on shift.

Your skills would include: Proven experience in last mile logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, preferably in an e-commerce or high-volume delivery environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in logistics software, route planning tools, and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
