Job Summary
Full-time Landscape Supervisor role with a landscaping and swimming pool company in the UAE.
The position leads site teams while performing hands-on planting, irrigation, horticultural care, and landscape maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily landscaping, gardening, irrigation, and maintenance activities.
- Lead and allocate tasks to landscaping and gardening teams.
- Perform and supervise planting, pruning, trimming, fertilization, pest control, and plant care.
- Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot sprinklers, drip irrigation, valves, and controllers.
- Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Maintain lawns, trees, palms, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape plants.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
- Monitor workmanship, productivity, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers on site progress and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Three to four years of proven landscaping or horticulture experience in the UAE.
- Strong practical knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, plant care, and landscape maintenance.
