Job Overview
Elegancia Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor for a large-scale landscaping project in Qatar.
The role focuses on landscape operations, maintenance, manpower supervision, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily landscape maintenance and site operations.
- Manage and allocate landscaping manpower.
- Supervise softscape, hardscape, irrigation, turf, planting, pruning, and related works.
- Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, tools, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with Landscape Engineers, Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site procedures.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress and manpower reports.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Landscape Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Large-scale project experience is mandatory.
- Qatar or GCC experience is described as preferred/required in the source.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and irrigation systems.
- Experience supervising large landscaping teams.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Experience in major commercial, residential, hospitality, infrastructure, public realm, or facilities-management landscaping projects is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 5,000–5,500 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
