Responsibilities
- Supervise daily landscape construction activities on site
- Lead and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Read and interpret landscape drawings and specifications
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently
- Monitor hardscape, softscape, irrigation, paving, and planting works
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
- Ensure all works are completed according to project specifications and timelines
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company standards
- Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Manager
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Landscape Foreman
- Proven experience in landscape construction projects, particularly villas and high end residential developments
- Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, and external works
- Ability to read and understand landscape and construction drawings
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period

Job Overview
- Nordicscape Pool Concepts L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising landscape construction works, managing site teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
