Responsibilities
- Operate the Bobcat (Skid Steer Loader) safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Perform excavation, backfilling, grading, leveling, and material loading/unloading
- Transport construction materials within the site as required
- Assist with site preparation and earthworks
- Conduct daily pre start inspections and routine equipment checks
- Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns immediately
- Follow instructions from Site Engineer, Foreman, and Project Manager
- Ensure safe operation in accordance with company HSE policies
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the equipment
- Coordinate with ground workers and signalmen for safe operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Bobcat Operator in construction
- Valid UAE Bobcat/Heavy Equipment Operator License
- Experience in building construction, infrastructure, or earthworks projects
- Knowledge of excavation, grading, leveling, and material handling
- Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures
- Physically fit for outdoor construction conditions

- Complete assigned tasks within project timelines while minimizing equipment downtime
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Bobcat Operator in the construction industry
- Valid UAE Bobcat/Heavy Equipment Operator License (mandatory)
- Experience working on building construction, infrastructure, or earthworks projects
- Good knowledge of excavation, grading, leveling, and material handling operations
- Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor construction conditions
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
