Landscape Architect

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Review contractor design submissions and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements and design intent.
• Contribute to concept design development and refine landscape design solutions.
• Prepare and adjust designs based on project needs, site conditions, and client feedback.
• Ensure deliverables align with approved plans, specifications, and standards.
• Manage contractor technical team deliverables and follow up on timely, accurate submissions.
• Conduct site visits, provide site instructions, and verify work against approved drawings.
• Approve completed site works with the Senior Landscape Architect and project team.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and visual materials for client meetings.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support project design management and coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with more than 7 years of experience or master’s degree with more than 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience in landscape design and project coordination.
• Strong proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Lumion, and/or SketchUp.
• Ability to review technical drawings and provide design solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with client presentation experience.
• Willingness to conduct regular site visits in a dynamic project environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with contractor teams.
