Job Vacancy – Land Surveyor
**Razanco Building Contracting L.L.C.** is seeking an experienced **Land Surveyor** to join our projects team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish horizontal and vertical control points for construction projects.
- Execute all types of construction surveys.
- Carry out pre-construction and post-construction surveying activities.
- Prepare and verify **as-built drawings** according to site conditions.
- Ensure accurate layout and positioning of structures on site.
- Conduct survey reports to maintain proper control and alignment.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of survey instruments.
- Coordinate with the Construction / Technical Manager regarding any site issues, changes, or obstructions.
- Supervise and guide assistant surveyors and survey teams.
- Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals.
- Conduct joint inspections with client/consultant representatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum **8 years of experience** in land surveying (UAE experience preferred).
- Good command of English.
- Arabic is an advantage.
