**Job Vacancy – HSE Officer (Health & Safety Officer)**Minimum 5 years of proven HSE experience
**Razanco Building Contracting L.L.C.** is looking for a qualified **HSE Officer** to join our team in **Dubai, United Arab Emirates**.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental policies at the project site.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company HSE standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site staff.
- Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and authorities regarding HSE matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related field.
- **Minimum 5 years of proven HSE experience in the UAE construction sector.**
- Must hold **NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification** or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in **English** (Arabic/Tagalog is an advantage).
