Job Summary
The employer is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor for its engineering team.
The role covers land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, or a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a diploma or certificate in Land Surveying.
- Dubai Municipality registration is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and related surveying equipment is required.
- Strong experience in topographic surveys, construction surveys, and setting out works is required.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other survey-related software is required.
- Ability to prepare survey reports, drawings, and coordinate data accurately.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with engineers, consultants, and site teams.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure on construction sites.
- UAE experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
- Perform site setting out and verification of levels and coordinates.
- Prepare survey data, drawings, and reports.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to ensure survey accuracy.
- Ensure surveying work complies with project specifications and Dubai Municipality regulations.
Compensation
- The pay is AED 3,000–AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
