Labourer

Loading salt and other bulk commodities

Assist Loader Operator with spotter duties, placing dunnage etc.

Assist with rigging materials

Yard housekeeping and other duties and tasks assigned as needed

Working in a team environment

Must work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, company rules, policies, and procedures

Candidates will need a personal vehicle to get to and from work as we are not located near public transportation

Some positions will be required to be clean shaven to accommodate Respiratory Protection. For Respiratory protection to fit and provide adequate protection, it must fit tight to the skin of the face.

The position is considered safety-sensitive and therefore candidates will be required to comply with our Controlled Substances policy ( pre-employment/post-incident drug test is required )

Safety-first approach

Must have reliable transportation to and from work ( no public transportation available )

Good physical condition (able to lift 50lbs) and able to work in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic and ability to attend shifts regularly and on time

Minimum 18 years of age

Willingness to work overtime if needed

Small forklift and/or loader experience is an asset
