Labour Relations Manager

Ability to apply deep knowledge of the Canada Labour Code and workplace legislation.

Aptitude for influencing, problem solving, and resolving conflicts effectively.

Proficiency in preparing for and managing the grievance and arbitration process.

Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
