Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as required
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after construction activities
- Mix and prepare construction materials as directed
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and perform other manual labor tasks
- Assist with site setup, material handling, and equipment movement
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Comply with all health, safety, and company regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not essential
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is an advantage
