Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
- Assign tasks and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and skilled trades
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and workforce requirements
- Inspect work to ensure accuracy and quality before completion
- Report daily progress, workforce attendance, and site issues to the Project Manager or Site Engineer
- Resolve on site problems and coordinate with engineers and consultants when necessary
- Conduct toolbox talks and promote a safe working environment
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the construction site
Requirements
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 2 years in a Foreman or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize work effectively
- Good understanding of construction safety regulations and quality standards
- Proficient in preparing daily reports and coordinating with project stakeholders
- Physically fit and able to work on construction sites

Job Summary
