Job Summary

Key Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to)

• Attend and participate in daily safety and huddle meetings • Operate tamping machines and assist with equipment inspections and maintenance • Load and unload materials and maintain clean, organized worksites • Assist with trench excavation, conduit placement, potholing, and utility locating • Support concrete forming, pouring, asphalt preparation, and structure installation • Observe and promote safety compliance and report incidents as required • Additional responsibilities within functional scope based on business needs

Required Qualifications

• Education, Licensing, and Certifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and MVR review
• Experience • 0–2 years of labor or construction experience preferred • Experience in underground utility construction is a plus

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures • Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform repetitive manual labor tasks
