- Prepare customer samples for evaluation and testing
- Support new product qualification and development activities
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and equipment
- Follow all EH&S requirements and laboratory safety procedures
- Assist with general laboratory activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in paint and coating formulation preparation
- Ability to accurately weigh and mix raw materials
- Knowledge of laboratory testing methods
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment operation and maintenance
- Adherence to EH&S and safety procedures
