- Maintain worker attendance records and support manpower coordination
- Coordinate transportation, meals, and other labor welfare requirements
- Monitor accommodation facilities and report maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor accommodation standards
- Coordinate with site supervisors, HR, and management regarding labor requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in labor camp management, accommodation coordination, or similar role
- Experience working with construction laborers preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle and manage a large workforce
- Basic knowledge of labor documentation and records management
- Proficiency in Hindi is required
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage
- Candidates available in UAE preferred
