Qualifications
- Degree in Electronics Technology, or related technical field
- 5–10 years experience working in engineering laboratory environments
- Strong knowledge of electronic test equipment
- Experience supporting lab operations and equipment coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent cross-functional communication abilities
- Preferred
- Experience working in multi-lab engineering environments
- Familiarity with calibration and asset tracking systems such as IndySoft
- Knowledge of ESD and electrical safety standards
- Experience implementing equipment tracking or inventory systems
- Success Metrics
- Consistency of lab standards across the campus
- Efficient equipment procurement and cost savings
- Effective coordination with calibration and asset tracking programs
- Organization and accessibility of lab storage and component inventory
- Availability and reliability of shared lab resources
- Engineering team satisfaction with lab infrastructure support
