Role

Core Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot VMware virtualized workloads.
• Support NVIDIA DLS license management and GPU provisioning through VMware infrastructure.
• Administer VMware Horizon VDI with NVIDIA GPU support for students and researchers.
• Perform system administration, patch management, and security remediation.
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server clusters and integrate them with enterprise applications.
• Automate administrative tasks with PowerShell or VBScript.
• Use SCCM or equivalent enterprise tools for configuration and deployment.
• Contribute to DevOps initiatives, automated deployments, configuration as code, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Linux, Cloud, Security, network, storage, and application teams.

Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Strong skills in VMware, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
