About the Role

- Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 services
- Administer and support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview
- Manage identity, access, authentication, conditional access, and security controls
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical incidents
- Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency
- Support M365 projects, migrations, upgrades, and service improvements
- Maintain platform governance, security, compliance, and operational documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering and administration experience
- Strong hands on expertise across the M365 ecosystem
- Experience with enterprise scale environments and hybrid Microsoft platforms
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
