- Manage and lead KYC operations, executing processes in accordance with compliance policies
- Perform program management of existing BAU/Refresh process
- Provide people management and development, ensuring team service level standards
- Liaise with Compliance department and senior management
- Oversee new client onboarding and implement process enhancements
- Provide MIS reporting to senior management and ensure delivery of targets
- Monitor account refresh activity daily to ensure regulatory/document requirements
- Perform quality reviews on new client and refresh cases

- Demonstrated strong people management and leadership capabilities
- Mandatory prior experience within the banking sector
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Job Overview

What you’ll do
- Manage and lead KYC operations, including executing processes in accordance with Citi compliance policies.
- Perform program management of existing Business As Usual (BAU)/Refresh process.
- Provide people management and development responsibilities and ensure team service level standards are met.
- Liaise with Compliance department and senior management within business units supported.
- Oversee new client onboarding and implement process enhancements to improve client onboarding experience.
- Provide Management Information System (MIS) reporting to senior management.
- Monitor account refresh activity daily to ensure regulatory/document requirements are met.
- Perform quality reviews on new client and refresh cases.
- Maintain ‘Book of Work’ for new system releases and enhancements.
- Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.
What we’ll need from you
- Minimum of 5 8 years of job related work experience.
- Demonstrated strong people management and leadership capabilities.
- Mandatory prior experience within the banking sector.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
