Role Overview
ZettaMine Labs is hiring a Technical Lead for Python, Django, Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
The role requires 8 to 10 years of experience and immediate availability to join.
The lead will own technical direction, architecture, development, cloud infrastructure, and production reliability.
Technical Leadership and Architecture
- Own the end-to-end technical vision for assigned products or streams from ideation through production.
- Conduct architecture reviews covering system design, API contracts, data modeling, and service boundaries.
- Champion clean code, SOLID principles, design patterns, test coverage, and documentation.
- Lead threat modeling and ensure performance, scalability, and security requirements are included in designs.
Python and Django Development
- Lead development of backend services, REST or GraphQL APIs, and data-processing pipelines using Python and Django.
- Guide Python code quality, Django ORM optimization, DRF serializer design, Celery task management, and secure authentication patterns.
- Oversee database migrations and zero-downtime deployment of schema changes.
