Role Overview

  • Account Manager responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across enterprise and public sector accounts in Saudi Arabia
  • Suits a hungry, proactive professional comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities across enterprise and government accounts in Saudi Arabia
  • Sell enterprise software licences, subscriptions, and related services
  • Build relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, digital transformation teams, procurement, and technical stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Work closely with pre sales, technical, partner, and regional leadership teams to position solutions effectively
  • Develop account plans and maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates
  • Support partner led and direct sales activity across the Kingdom
  • Understand customer challenges around digital transformation, system integration, APIs, identity, cloud, and modern application environments
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and customer discussions
